The support from Redweek was solid at first, but things went south when it came to the final verification. Someone really dropped the ball there. The person who listed the property sent RedWeek the confirmation letter from the resort on January 24, 2023, and we only got our final verification after we called to ask about it. Honestly, if we hadn’t reached out by phone, I’m not sure we would’ve ever gotten that verification. Our messages went unanswered. We were holding off on booking our flights, not wanting to wait any longer. Plus, finding a phone number to call was a bit of a hassle. We eventually tracked it down online after searching for a while since there was no number on the RedWeek site.

There was also a problem with the listing itself. It mentioned a specific building and room number, but when we reached out to the resort, they told us that the building and room weren’t guaranteed.

Quick approval—found out fast that I was accepted and my name got added to the two bookings.

I got quick replies to my inquiries before the final booking fees.
